We prepare students for:
In-Person & Online Tutoring - West Des Moines, IA
Our Center Director, Assistant Director, and certified teachers are ready to assist students in everything from phonics to Calculus. We also offer test prep programs for the ACT and SAT. All of our students third grade and below, along with our ACT/SAT students, receive 1:1 tutoring. Our teacher/student ratio is never greater than 4:1.
New students receive diagnostic tests to identify the exact skills they have mastered. Then Huntington creates a unique program for each student based on the skills they have mastered. This is not a "one size fits all" center!
Huntington is working hard with the schools in the area, both public and private, and will do an in-person visit with your child's school to make sure they are making the connection from Huntington, to home, to school. For our high school students, we visit the guidance counselors to inform them about all of the hard work the student is doing to prepare for the ACT or SAT.
We are a current member of the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, and we are actively engaged in community events. One way we help the community is to provide free workshops to parents and families in order to educate them on ways to work with their children in regards to homework, study skills, and behavior.
