Huntington Learning Center in Lubbock, Texas was established in November 2016. The center is located at 82nd Street and Quaker Avenue and serves Lubbock and the surrounding areas. Our full time and part time teaching staff is made up of certified teachers from different educational backgrounds. We work together to raise students’ confidence, motivation and academic skills to succeed in school. Our staffs’ dedication to serving our students, families and community is significant to our success. A large number of our teachers have taught at Huntington since our beginning.

Huntington’s success is directly attributed to our certified teachers, an extensive academic evaluation and analysis, and an unwavering commitment to our students. On average, an ACT student will increase their testing score by 5 points, greatly increasing their chances of gaining entrance into their university of choice. Students have also found success with other Exam Prep programs such as the ASVAB, which helps students get into their desired branch of service. Learners who were once failing multiple classes gain an educational foundation—by building their once weak skills, they become successful ‘A’ and ‘B’ students. Younger students, such as Pre-K and Kindergarten, begin to work on phonics skills to become young readers who are prepared for the future. The staff at Huntington strives to create a positive environment where every learner can grow to their fullest potential.
